Join Peter’s specialized contortion class series is designed to elevate your flexibility and master advanced poses such as chest stands, scorpions, needle scales, and splits. This intensive session focuses on deepening your backbends and enhancing your overall contortion skills.
Prerequisites: Reserve your spot by August 1st!!!!
(We need a minimum number of students to run the series.)
•1 minute handstand on the wall
•Ability to hold a stable bridge for 30 seconds with straight arms
•Achieved flat splits or close to it
Open to level 2+ gymnasts, dancers, acrobats, aerialists, and movers with experience in flexibility training—come ready to bend, strengthen, and elevate your skills!
