Adult Aerial Hoop 4 Week Series
Join Coach Annie’s Aerial Hoop Series – 4 Weeks of Elevated Artistry and Strength!
Designed for adults this 4-week aerial hoop class series led by Cirque du Soleil specialist Coach Annie will challenge and inspire athletes to learn and refine aerial technique, build strength, and master fluid movement in the hoop. Each session will focus on dynamic transitions, spinning control, graceful poses, and endurance-building choreography that highlights your unique artistry in the air.
Prerequisites:
• 10-second bent-arm hang
• 10 pushups or equivalent upper body strength
• Experience in aerial or similar movement arts (gymnastics, dance, acrobatics)
Open to level dancers, acrobats, and movement artists looking to expand their skills under elite-level guidance.
