Join Coach Annie’s Aerial Hoop Series – 4 Weeks of Elevated Artistry and Strength!
Designed for youth 7+ and adults 14+ this 4-week aerial hoop class pack led by Cirque du Soleil specialistCoach Anniewill challenge and inspire athletes to learn and refine aerial technique, build strength, and master fluid movement in the hoop. Each session will focus on dynamic transitions, spinning control, graceful poses, and endurance-building choreography that highlights your unique artistry in the air.
Prerequisites:
• 10-second bent-arm hang
• 10 pushups or equivalent upper body strength
• Experience in aerial or similar movement arts (gymnastics, dance, acrobatics)
Open to level 2+ aerialists, dancers, acrobats, and movement artists looking to expand their skills under elite-level guidance.
